Private events

Public events

Public events are designed for more open meetings within your community, or public meetings whereby you would like to see as many people as possible attend

Invites

Invites status

<aside> <img src="/icons/calendar_purple.svg" alt="/icons/calendar_purple.svg" width="40px" /> Invited users will receive a JOGL invite and an email calendar invite. They can accept in their calendar or on JOGL, the state will be synchronized so they will only have to accept/refuse once

Batch invites

<aside> <img src="/icons/reply-all_purple.svg" alt="/icons/reply-all_purple.svg" width="40px" /> Batch invites allow to invite all the members of a container in a single click. To send a batch invite, the organizer of the event needs to be the admin of the invited container.
