WHAT IS A RESOURCE?

You’ll find resources in : ‣ - ‣

There are:

WHY CREATE A RESOURCE

It’s something you’re offering to your Ecosystem(s).

Example for a Community: You’re launching a Call for Proposals and you want to make a dataset available for all the participants in the call. You can create a Resource card, define the dataset and make it available only for the Applicants.

Example for a Project: You are working with several researchers on a Project on JOGL and you have set up a Miro board to visually collaborate in real time. You can put that Miro board up as a Resource card and it will be easy for all of your collaborators to access.

HOW TO CREATE A RESOURCE

Reflect on the container you want to create the resource from, whether it’s your Project or your Community and click the “+” button.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO RESOURCES

Depending on what settings the admins of the Project or Community have chosen: → Only members can see resources → Anyone can see the resources of a container.

However, Resources are only accessible to the members of the Project or Container they belong to. Some resources may only be accessible to members of Calls for Proposals.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND RESOURCES

You can find Resources in the Documentation tab of a Project or Community. When you click on the resources subtab, all the resource cards posted in that container will appear. You can search for specific keywords in the searchbar to make relevant ones appear first.
