A Call has various tabs you can click to access different pieces of information:

To join a Call as a participant you must already have a Project. There are two scenarios:

  1. You received an email invite. Click on the link in your email and follow the application process.
  2. You registered to JOGL independently. Use the “Explore JOGL” button in the top bar and find the Call for Proposals tab to see a card collection of all the publicly accessible Calls on JOGL. Click on the ones you like and make sure you’re eligible before applying with your Project.

To start an application:

  1. Click the button that says “Start Application”
  2. When you click on that button you create a ‣.
  3. Fill out the proposal making sure to answer all the questions. You can come back to the draft until the Call deadline by accessing your ‣
  4. When it’s ready: Submit your proposal (click the button on the top righ of your proposal)
  5. Wait for the review process to happen, and for the administrators of the call to post the results on the Discussion tab.
