Call for Proposals

<aside> đź’ˇ **The Proposals tab is only found in the Calls for Proposals admin interface. It is where you can manage all the proposals that have been submitted to your calls.

Each time an applicant submits a proposal, it will appear here. You can choose the grading mechanism, ie whether proposals will be scored out of 5 or 100 or simply via an “accepted”/”not accepted” toggle:

You can open each proposal from this tab, and make applicants reviewers as well, so that applicants may review each other. From here you can send messages to reviewers to review proposals by a certain deadline, or to applicants to let them know of any updates.

The scoring process happens individually from JOGL, but you can mark the scores on this page, next to each proposal. Once all the scores have been assigned, it is your prerogative to notify participants of their score and what the process is for them next.
