<aside> 💡 As the creator/owner/administrator of a Call for Proposals, there are many steps to navigate. This page will help you understand each of the functionalities you’ll find in the Admin Interface , but also navigate the review process off-platform.

A Call for Proposals can only be launched via a Community, so you must administrate a Community to create a Call for Proposals.
If you manage a Hub and you want to launch a call for proposals with a partner for example, then you need to create a Community as an Interface with your partner, and launch a Call for proposals via that Community.
1 - From your Community , create a new Call for Proposals (using the ‣) 2- Set up the Template questions for your applicants 3- Explain theRules that govern your Call and set the start and end date. 4 - Invite your Community, and Members with Project to submit a ‣

To learn more about each tab in a Call you have created, refer to the Administrator Interface section. The tabs in a Call for Proposals are:
1 - Assign reviewers in the Members admin 2 - When the deadline has passed, contact reviewers to grade proposals 3 - When all proposals are graded, gather scores from reviewers and import them to JOGL 4 - Contact winning teams to award them
To Assign a Reviewer, Navigate to the Members admin and click “Add reviewer label” in the drop-down like is shown in the image below:
