Objects are designed for documentation purposes. Objects live in a container (e.g., hub, community, project). Each object is designed for a specific purpose:
A Need is an ask for support. The purpose of a need is to be distributed outside the container it is created in in order to find someone with the right expertise or resources to pick up the need.
The purpose of the documents section is to centralize all the relevant content for the container. Could it be content from external platforms, file uploads, or content directly generated on JOGL.
The paper library is a collection of published scientific papers or pre-prints. There is a library living on user profiles, on projects, on community, and on hub. The library is used to consolidate all the relevant references to a user or a container.
Resources in the context of a community or a hub are resources that can be provided to members and projects linked to the community or hub. Resources in the context of a project are resources the project leveraged to deliver results.
A proposal in an object you can only create from the ‣ container via the “Apply” button. A proposal is an submission to a Call for Proposal.
